About the Role
ABL Recruitment, a leading IT staffing firm in London, England, is seeking a Mandarin-speaking IT Associate to join their infrastructure team. This role involves managing and maintaining the company’s internal IT systems across both office and remote environments, with a focus on ensuring system stability, security, and providing comprehensive user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing a range of IT-related issues
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and other key network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Manage user lifecycles, including onboarding, off-boarding, and access control
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies and industry regulations
- Monitor and maintain system stability, identifying and resolving any potential issues
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement and maintain infrastructure improvements
- Provide regular status updates and recommendations to management
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure role, preferably in a multi-site or remote environment
- Strong technical skills in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and other network systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance requirements
