Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the Copilot interface based on user feedback.
- Implement progressive disclosure design principles to enhance usability.
- Analyze user behavior to suggest relevant AI-driven actions within Microsoft 365 apps.
- Ensure seamless integration of Copilot across Microsoft’s productivity suite.

Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably with AI-driven applications.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and productivity tools.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of progressive disclosure and adaptive interface principles.
- Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
