About the Role
This role involves installing and delivering integrated electronic security systems, primarily focused on CCTV and access control, across commercial and residential sites in London and surrounding areas. The project engineer will manage on-site project requirements, coordinate with project managers and clients, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV, access control, and other electronic security systems
- Manage on-site project requirements and coordinate with project managers and clients
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation and delivery
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for installed systems
- Maintain detailed project documentation and records
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience in electronic security systems
- Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and related security technologies
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
