About the Role
Bottle Nexus, a leading technology platform in the alcohol e-commerce industry, is seeking an Affiliate & Brand Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with both alcohol brand accounts and affiliate sales channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of how alcohol brands go to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow approximately 100 alcohol brand accounts, serving as the main point of contact and helping them drive e-commerce sales through Bottle Nexus’ platform.
- Manage and grow approximately 30 affiliate channels, including influencers, content creators, publishers, barrel-picking clubs, Shopify storefronts, marketplaces, and other strategic partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, such as launches, campaigns, affiliate programs, marketplace activations, Shopify updates, and operational workflows.
- Bring creative ideas for how alcohol brands can use affiliate marketing, creators, publishers, and marketplace channels to grow compliant online sales.
- Represent Bottle Nexus professionally with clients, partners, retailers, conferences, and industry associations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, brand management, marketing operations, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or a related role.
- Experience managing client-facing relationships and a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital sales, affiliate programs, or online brand growth.
- Basic Shopify experience required, with advanced Shopify experience being a plus.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
