About the Role
83zero, a leading provider of cloud security solutions, is seeking a talented Cloud Security Consultant to join their team in London, England. This role involves designing and implementing secure cloud architectures across public, private, and hybrid environments for government and regulated clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of security strategy and implementation plans for cloud-based infrastructure
- Conduct thorough threat modeling to identify and mitigate risks in cloud environments
- Embed Secure by Design principles across the entire cloud lifecycle, from planning to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security controls
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends, technologies, and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s cloud security offerings
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cloud security architecture and implementation, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
- Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security tools/solutions
- Proficiency in threat modeling, risk assessment, and the implementation of security controls
