Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Provide hands-on technical support to staff and learners, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions
  • Lead the integration of various digital systems, including website migration and cloud-based applications
  • Oversee the company’s cybersecurity measures, implementing policies and best practices to protect against threats
  • Collaborate with the training team to integrate digital tools and technologies into the learning environment
  • Analyze system data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT support technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in an IT support or management role, preferably in an education or training environment
  • Strong technical expertise in managing and securing Microsoft 365, cloud-based applications, and IT infrastructure
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
