About the Role

This role involves contributing to the ongoing development and oversight of these AI-driven productivity tools, ensuring compliance with international standards in AI governance, risk management, and transparency. The position requires professionals who can enhance AI trustworthiness while expanding its capabilities across Microsoft’s ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and improvement of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat in alignment with ISO/IEC 42001:2023 standards
- Assist in governance, risk assessment, and data management for AI systems
- Enhance transparency and human oversight mechanisms in AI decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new AI models and features
- Monitor supplier and third-party compliance with AI management protocols
- Contribute to audit readiness and documentation for regulatory certifications
- Stay updated on AI ethics, security trends, and emerging industry standards
Requirements
- Experience in AI governance, compliance, or related technical roles
