Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of software engineers and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Implement and maintain best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, code quality, and security protocols

Requirements
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in software development, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in various programming languages and technologies, such as Java, C++, and Python
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Enhanced DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Familiarity with government and defense-related projects and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
