Adria Solutions, a leading UK-based technology group, is seeking an exceptional IT Director to drive their digital transformation and oversee end-to-end IT operations. This strategic role involves shaping the company’s technology strategy, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and modernizing infrastructure and business applications across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy to support the group’s business objectives
- Manage the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other critical business applications
- Oversee the modernization of the company’s IT infrastructure, including cloud migration and automation initiatives
- Ensure the security and resilience of the organization’s digital assets through effective cybersecurity measures
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals and drive the adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational needs
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards in a regulated environment
Requirements
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization
- Proven track record of driving successful digital transformation initiatives and optimizing IT operations
- Expertise in managing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise-level business applications
- Strong technical proficiency in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between technology and business
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
