Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy to support the group’s business objectives
- Manage the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other critical business applications
- Oversee the modernization of the company’s IT infrastructure, including cloud migration and automation initiatives
- Ensure the security and resilience of the organization’s digital assets through effective cybersecurity measures
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals and drive the adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational needs
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards in a regulated environment
Requirements
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably in a complex, multi-site organization
