Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Design Manager or leading at least two product designers in a team setting, with a strong track record in people leadership including recruiting and development.
• Six or more years in product design for multi-platform digital products, particularly consumer-facing mobile experiences, with proficiency in prototyping tools to showcase concepts.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating personally designed and shipped work, as well as directed team projects, including examples of influencing product teams or organizational strategies.
• Proven ability to form effective partnerships with engineering and product management leaders, thriving in ambiguous environments to devise pragmatic solutions.
• A keen eye for design craft, identifying opportunities for improvement in visual and interaction design while maintaining high standards.
• Comfort with first-principles thinking, occasional hands-on design contributions, and excitement for addressing challenges in product and team structures.

Compensation & Benefits

• The base salary for this full-time role ranges from $220,000 to $247,500, determined by factors such as skills, experience, and education, with additional equity and comprehensive benefits.
