This position focuses on supporting the creation and enhancement of internal admin tools and frameworks that streamline business processes. The role offers candidates an opportunity to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operational teams, gaining hands-on experience in product development while contributing to systems that underpin daily company functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product leaders in shaping the product roadmap through research, requirements collection, documentation, and backlog management.
  • Refine and document specifications to facilitate the building of internal tools that address operational needs.
  • Collect feedback from various teams to identify pain points and prioritize new features for admin systems.
  • Work alongside engineering, design, and quality assurance teams during the development, testing, and deployment of features.
  • Investigate and resolve product-related queries by partnering with operations, support, and technical staff to uncover root causes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for tool usage, adoption rates, and overall efficiency to inform improvements.
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders by preparing clear documentation on requirements, progress updates, and decisions in an agile environment.

Requirements

  • A foundational knowledge of product development processes, including agile methodologies and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling data via dashboards, admin interfaces, spreadsheets, and basic queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving mindset, including the ability to independently investigate issues using tools like browser developer consoles and data flow analysis.
