About the Role
Join ClickGUARD Inc., a leading SaaS company in digital advertising protection, as our AI Process Optimization Lead. In this dynamic remote role, you’ll leverage AI technologies like large language models (LLMs) and automation tools to identify and eliminate workflow inefficiencies across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams. As an internal consultant, you’ll own the full lifecycle of AI-driven initiatives, from discovery and implementation to measuring tangible impacts on productivity and ROI, making this an ideal opportunity for innovative AI specialists passionate about process optimization in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured interviews, shadow sessions, and workflow mapping to document current processes, tools, pain points, and inefficiencies across all teams, building a comprehensive living process map for the organization.
- Identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and automation opportunities, prioritizing them based on ROI, complexity, impact, and alignment with business goals in SaaS operations.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, including LLMs, workflow automation platforms, and custom integrations, to design scalable solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Build and implement AI-driven workflows using APIs from Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and similar platforms, along with orchestration tools and basic scripting for seamless internal system integration.
- Develop reusable prompt frameworks, templates, agent architectures, documentation, and training materials to empower teams in adopting AI-powered processes confidently.
- Define success metrics such as time savings, error reduction, throughput increases, and cost efficiencies for each initiative, tracking adoption and iterating based on user feedback.
- Produce monthly reports for leadership, quantifying the cumulative impact of AI optimizations and demonstrating value in a data-driven manner.
- Monitor the AI landscape for emerging tools, models, and best practices relevant to SaaS, maintaining an internal knowledge base and proposing proactive applications for ClickGUARD.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and advanced prompt engineering skills to create optimized, structured prompts for practical business use cases.
- Hands-on experience integrating and utilizing APIs from leading AI platforms like Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini to build functional solutions.
- Proficiency in working with APIs, basic scripting (Python preferred), and automation tools to develop custom integrations and prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a remote, async-friendly setting.
- Demonstrated awareness of AI safety, security, and ethical considerations, ensuring all solutions are production-ready, scalable, and compliant.
- Preferred: Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, and familiarity with SaaS tools like CRMs, support platforms, and analytics software.
- Preferred: Background in process mapping, business analysis methodologies, or a portfolio showcasing AI tool development, chatbot design, or automation projects.
