About the Role
Rockwell Automation is expanding its SecureOT industrial cybersecurity suite with new AI-powered tools, creating demand for specialized professionals who can deploy, manage, and advance these solutions. This role focuses on operational technology (OT) environments where traditional IT security approaches fall short. The position involves working with the SecureOT platform’s latest assessment, managed services, and secure remote access capabilities to help industrial enterprises stay resilient against rising threats without adding infrastructure or dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT cybersecurity assessments using the SecureOT assessment suite to identify vulnerabilities in industrial control systems.
- Configure and manage the SecureOT platform’s managed services, ensuring continuous monitoring and rapid incident response for clients.
- Implement and oversee Managed Secure Remote Access (MSRA) solutions to enable safe third-party and employee connectivity to OT networks.
- Analyze alert volumes and prioritize threats using AI-driven analytics, reducing noise and false positives for security teams.
- Collaborate with industrial engineers and IT security staff to integrate SecureOT tools into existing operational workflows.
- Provide technical guidance on OT asset visibility, network segmentation, and threat detection strategies.
- Stay current on industrial cybersecurity trends, including AI/ML applications for anomaly detection and threat hunting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational technology security, industrial control systems (ICS), or SCADA environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443, or CIS Controls applied to OT.
- Hands-on expertise with security assessment tools, SIEM platforms, and remote access technologies.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to threat detection and log analysis.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical risks for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications like GICSP, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
