About the Role
MMDSmart Ltd, a leading provider of cloud-based business communications solutions headquartered in Poland, is currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to its innovative development team. This role focuses on building and enhancing large-scale systems using technologies like Go and React, within an Agile environment that emphasizes creativity and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of new features and projects, potentially leading initiatives that explore fresh development opportunities in cloud-based communications.
- Present product demonstrations to stakeholders as part of collaborative team efforts, showcasing innovations in messaging and voice technologies.
- Investigate and diagnose issues in large-scale systems, working toward ongoing improvements and stabilization of core products.
- Collaborate with engineers in an Agile setting to implement innovative solutions that enhance client communication tools.
- Participate in team discussions to identify and prioritize new functionalities that align with business needs in over 100 global markets.
- Drive personal initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous product enhancement.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of full-stack applications, ensuring scalability and reliability for enterprise-level users.
Requirements
- At least four years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record in end-to-end software development.
- Three or more years of hands-on experience with GoLang, demonstrating proficiency in building robust backend services.
- Two or more years working with React.js, including developing dynamic user interfaces for web applications.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, applied in modern JavaScript development to ensure type-safe and maintainable codebases.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, enabling efficient data management in diverse system architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
