Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the product vision and strategy for Delivery Management features within the Dragos platform, covering software integrations and hardware appliances in OT/ICS contexts.
- Interpret customer feedback and industry trends to create a structured, quarter-over-quarter roadmap that prioritizes delivery efficiency and security enhancements.
- Lead the creation and oversight of essential features, including cloud-based DevOps tools and white-label hardware options, to support seamless product deployment.
- Interact directly with clients and sales teams to identify use cases, collect insights, and refine product directions based on real-world OT security challenges.
- Advocate for Dragos’s expertise in OT Delivery Management during engagements with customers, industry analysts, and professional forums.
- Partner with internal teams to spot business opportunities, articulate solution benefits, and justify investments through clear cost-benefit analyses.
- Guide prioritization decisions on features, timelines, and resources while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to foster continuous improvements and support sales efforts in proofs-of-concept (POCs).

Requirements
- At least five years of experience in product management for enterprise security solutions, preferably in cybersecurity domains like threat detection, endpoint security, or delivery management.
- Strong background in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, hardware appliances, and customizing white-label hardware for secure deployments.
- Advanced analytical abilities to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, enabling data-driven product decisions.
- Demonstrated success in defining product requirements that build user value, confidence, and long-term trust among enterprise clients.
- Proven history of launching products, including roadmap management, backlog prioritization, and go-to-market planning, ideally in cross-functional and distributed teams.
