How to unlock Omega Quests?

Before unlocking Omega quests, you need to complete Sigmascape, Deltascape, and Alphascape quests along with the “In the End, There Is Omega” quest. This quest rewards you with an Alpha minion, ending orchestrion roll, and dream in flight orchestrion roll.
