• Job Description:

  A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, providing product/service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers may encounter in a timely and accurate manner. The goal is to provide excellent service standards, respond quickly to customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  Responsibilities and Role

  Control incoming phone calls.
  To achieve customer satisfaction, identify and assess their needs.
  Create long-term relationships and trust with customer accounts by engaging in open and interactive communication.
  Using the appropriate methods/tools, provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  Meet personal and customer service team goals, as well as call handling quotas.
  Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within time constraints, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  Maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  Follow communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  Go above and beyond to engage customers.
  Qualifications and abilities

  Experience providing customer service or as a Client Service Representative.
  A track record of providing first-rate customer service.
  Active listening and strong phone contact handling skills are required.
  Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
  Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to a wide range of personalities.
  Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly in English.
  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
  Office 365 proficiency.
  Time: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  Monthly salary: Rs50,000.00 – Rs55,000.00

  Rawalpindi: Commuting regularly or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Physical Demand

• Stamina to continuously lift, carry, and move at least 100 lbs. of building materials to and from the job sites.
• Ability to remain standing for at least 90% of the shift duration.
• Constant movement and unloading of building materials from commercial vehicles onto job sites.
• Frequent positioning of oneself to load and unload materials from flatbeds or booms.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions while making deliveries.
