Dispute Resolution And Redemption: Trulife Distribution Clears Its Name In Litigation Dispute

As a reminder All pending and previous litigation from NPI has been formally dropped against TruLife Distribution As of January 14, 2020, case number 2019CA12465 has been voluntarily dismissed without prejudice as to all claims in this action against the Defendant, Brian Gould. It has come to our attention that several unknown and uncredited media outlets have been distributing multiple new false media releases stating that this is not true. A basic court record case search will provide all of the evidence needed TLD has now truly been set free for continued expansion and growth.
As an independent 3rd party media agency we are constantly looking for false media coverage regarding fake news and setting the record straight. We’ve noticed multiple false news media releases from

Unaccredited 3rd party news outlets regarding a family business dispute that started in 2019. The false media releases are stating that the lawsuit is still ongoing- however, that couldn’t be further from the facts after our investigative team conducted court research to see whether or not this was actually true. To fully summarize the end result we discovered that all pending and previous litigation from Nutritional Products International has been formally dropped against TruLife Distribution going back as far as January 14, 2020, case number 2019CA12465 which shows the case has been voluntarily dismissed without prejudice as to all claims in this action against the Defendant, Brian Gould and TruLife Distribution. Additionally,

the evidence is apparent in the Florida court clerk showing that TLD was victorious against all false allegations made by NPI. TLD was never convicted of any wrongdoing and we’ve determined that these newly published press releases are in fact false news.

We tried to reach out to Brian Gould the CEO of TruLife Distribution lawsuit but was not available for comment. It is still very evident that this dispute was officially resolved back in 2021 and that the plethora of recent media coverage is in fact not true
