The Customer Support Specialist will manage inbound inquiries from both technical developers and non-technical users, troubleshoot platform issues, and contribute to enhancing the overall user experience in a dynamic, product-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound support requests via email and internal tools, delivering empathetic and accurate responses to a diverse range of users, including developers and non-technical individuals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, consulting documentation, and replicating customer scenarios to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Escalate complex or time-sensitive matters to product and engineering teams, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to user workflows.
  • Support real-time interactions in community platforms like Discord, fostering engagement and providing timely guidance on platform features.
  • Document recurring user questions, identify bugs or product gaps, and update help center articles, troubleshooting guides, and internal resources to improve self-service options.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to share customer insights that refine onboarding processes, documentation, and overall usability.
  • Contribute to the development of internal support systems, workflows, and templates, helping to streamline operations in a fast-paced AI startup setting.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support roles, preferably in SaaS or technical environments where quick learning and adaptability are key.
  • Strong written English skills, emphasizing clear, concise, and customer-focused communication to build trust and satisfaction.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tickets or conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with support tools such as Plain, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms for managing inquiries and tracking resolutions.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the capacity to quickly grasp concepts like APIs, integrations, and workflow systems in an AI-driven context.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in supporting developer tools, AI products, or community-based environments, which can enhance contributions to user success.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Payment in USD on a bi-monthly schedule (15th and 30th of each month) to support financial stability for remote workers.
