Principal Responsibilities:
The following are some of the responsibilities of a Recruitment Specialist:
Build and maintain candidate pipelines in collaboration with Talent Partners.
Coordinate the progression of candidates through the company’s hiring process.
Assessing candidate applications and determining the best fit for current openings.
In the candidate tracking system, enter and update candidate information and resumes.
Perform talent acquisition tasks such as sourcing, resume review, and candidate screening.
Communicate with and serve as a contact for candidates who are interested in working for the company.
Coordination with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to fill open positions.
Assist in the development of team processes and process improvement
Organize and prioritize massive amounts of email, phone calls, and internal communications
Work on projects as they come up and assist with other corporate initiatives as needed, directed, assigned, or requested.
Updating company databases by entering new employee contact and employment information.
Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms in order to identify qualified candidates for company job openings.
Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
Assisting HR personnel with the printing of job offer letters and experience letters.
Creating and sending offer letters or rejection emails to candidates.
Responding to employee inquiries about HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related issues
Must be able to screen resumes and recruit qualified candidates.
Excel skills are required.
Assisting with administrative and payroll tasks
Will be handling reception inquiries.
Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management.
2+ years of professional office experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or call center recruitment is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Microsoft Office Suite, computers, email, correspondence, and spreadsheets are all skills required.
Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
In a fast-paced work environment, you must be able to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
Adaptable and capable of accepting gray with a positive attitude.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
MS-Suite skills and good communication skills.

Physical Demand
- Stamina to continuously lift, carry, and move at least 100 lbs. of building materials to and from the job sites.
- Ability to remain standing for at least 90% of the shift duration.
- Constant movement and unloading of building materials from commercial vehicles onto job sites.
- Frequent positioning of oneself to load and unload materials from flatbeds or booms.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions while making deliveries.
