Responsibilities:
You will be dealing with customers on an automated dialling system who are looking for a loan.
Follow the script and finish the loan process before identifying clients for financial planning.
Organizing leads and keeping data in our CRM system clean and up to date.
Strong command of the English language/grammar, both written and spoken.
Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn are required.
Ability to perform under pressure, quality conscious, and detail oriented.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented sales professional with a proven track record.
Ability to think outside the box and work independently as well as as part of a team.
Capable of motivating oneself to meet goals and deadlines.
Should be proactive in order to earn large bonuses.
Experience:
3-4 years of relevant sales experience is required.
CRM experience is preferred.
Timing of shifts: This position is available for full-time work during Pakistan Standard Time from
Monday through Thursday, 1:55 p.m. – 11.30 p.m.
Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Salary: PKR. 45,000-90,000 per month (plus bonus).
Full-time employment
Monthly salary: Rs45,000.00 – Rs90,000.00
Capability to commute/move:
Islamabad: Commuting regularly or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
