You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to optimise our website for search engines, improve organic rankings, and improve user experience as an SEO and Social Media Marketing Expert. You will also be in charge of managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and leveraging social media platforms to increase our brand’s reach and engagement with our target audience.
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
To identify relevant target keywords and phrases, conduct extensive keyword research and analysis.
Create and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to boost search engine rankings.
Create backlinks from various high authority websites to improve your organic rankings.
Improve organic visibility by optimising website content, meta tags, URLs, and other elements.
Using SEO tools, monitor and analyse website performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
To ensure that our SEO strategies are effective and compliant, we keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practises.
Management of Social Media:
Create and implement social media marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads.
Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms such as text, images, videos, and infographics.
Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure brand voice and messaging consistency.
To build a strong online community, monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers.
Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
Marketing with Content:
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content strategies that are in line with business goals.
Optimize your content for search engines by including relevant keywords and using on-page SEO techniques.
Conduct content audits, identify content gaps, and make recommendations to improve organic traffic.
Create link-building strategies to boost your domain authority and backlinks.
Reporting and analytics:
Track website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Create regular reports on SEO and social media performance, presenting key stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
To identify new opportunities and adjust strategies, keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required (or equivalent experience).
Work experience as an SEO Specialist and Social Media Marketer is required.
Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and best practises.
Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Experience managing business-related social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
Knowledge of social media management tools (such as Hootsuite and Buffer) and content scheduling.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate in a team environment.
Stay current on industry trends and digital marketing advancements.

- Capable of managing stress effectively, especially when dealing with tight delivery windows requested by customers.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, handling multiple tasks at once while ensuring that the delivery is completed on time.
- Aptitude for receiving and understanding information and directions provided by customers or colleagues.
- Ability to communicate and provide solutions quickly in case of any problems that may arise during the delivery process.
- Stamina to continuously lift, carry, and move at least 100 lbs. of building materials to and from the job sites.
- Ability to remain standing for at least 90% of the shift duration.
- Constant movement and unloading of building materials from commercial vehicles onto job sites.
- Frequent positioning of oneself to load and unload materials from flatbeds or booms.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions while making deliveries.
