1. Create and implement growth marketing strategies to attract and keep users and clients in the B2B and B2C markets.

6. Manage the channels of social media, including content development, scheduling, community management, and performance evaluation.
7. Use AI tools and platforms for generative content to produce interesting and pertinent material for marketing campaigns in a variety of formats (text, photos, videos, etc.).
8. Use social media group hacking techniques to communicate with target consumers, tap into relevant communities, and promote organic development.

Who We Are Seeking
You should have a solid background in digital marketing, a growth-oriented mindset, and a desire to pick up new skills and adjust to new tools and technologies. putting a focus on the capacity for inventive thought, resourcefulness, and the ability to show a track record of accomplishing growth with little resources.
1. Demonstrated experience: Minimum 2-3 years of expertise in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related subject, preferably in a startup or technology-driven setting.
2. Growth mindset: A great interest in growth hacking, experimenting, and coming up with creative ways to attract and keep users/customers while working with a limited budget.
3. Expertise in growth hacking approaches, tools, and tested methods for acquiring users on a shoestring or even for free.
4. Expertise in digital marketing, including knowledge of social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
5. Technological proficiency: Working knowledge of platforms for AI content creation and social media management. a readiness to pick up new software and technologies offered by the startup and adapt to them.
6. Analytical mindset: Capable of strong analytical abilities, data analysis, insight generation, and data-driven decision making to optimise marketing strategies and campaigns.
7. Creativity and content development: Capability to build interesting material in many formats (text, photos, and videos) utilising offered AI tools and other technologies.
