Tele Marketing officer
SUMMARY OF POSITION
OBOX GOLD is looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate revenue in a fast-paced workplace by cold calling or answering queries. You will be in charge of persuading current or potential clients to purchase items or services.
A good telemarketer must be both friendly and persuasive. You must be able to quickly identify the customer’s demands and propose solutions that meet those needs. To deal with hostility and complaints, the ideal applicant will also be patient and cool-headed.
The purpose is to boost commercial growth by growing the customers of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To pitch things or request donations, cold contact people using a phone directory.
Respond to incoming calls from potential consumers.
Employ scripts to offer information on product features, costs, and benefits.
In order to comprehend the customer’s needs, ask important questions.
Persuade the customer to purchase by demonstrating how the product or service meets their needs.
In a computer system, accurately record the customer’s personal information.
To protect the company’s reputation, deal with complaints or doubts. Go the “additional mile” to reach sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Keep track of calls and sales, as well as any useful information.
Experience as a tele marketing or in a similar sales/customer service role is required.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone
Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems is required.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Proficient in English Capable of negotiating and handling complaints
Consistent and goal-oriented
Patient and capable of dealing with customer rejection
A high school diploma is required; a BSc/Ba is preferred.
