Overview of the Position
ibex. Pakistan is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for Voice Program within the Operations department to assist our US-based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers via call as per the defined processes. We are looking for people with international customer service experience, but we are more interested in personality, passion, and work ethic. A sense of humor is also very beneficial.
Position Description
Deliver a world-class customer experience as measured by performance objectives and in accordance with our client’s core values.
Help customers with items purchased from an ecommerce website.
With courtesy, attention, and a friendly and caring image, convey interest in each customer through their words.
Offering substitutes for products/items that are not available on the ecommerce website
When it comes to providing the resolution, stick to standard processes and procedures.
Keeping up with the latest system information, process changes, and future updates
Job DescriptionsO Levels/Matric or higher Excellent written and verbal English communication required Must have a typing speed of at least 40 WPM
MS Office proficiency (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)

Mental Demands
- Capable of managing stress effectively, especially when dealing with tight delivery windows requested by customers.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, handling multiple tasks at once while ensuring that the delivery is completed on time.
- Aptitude for receiving and understanding information and directions provided by customers or colleagues.
- Ability to communicate and provide solutions quickly in case of any problems that may arise during the delivery process.
Physical Demand
- Stamina to continuously lift, carry, and move at least 100 lbs. of building materials to and from the job sites.
- Ability to remain standing for at least 90% of the shift duration.
- Constant movement and unloading of building materials from commercial vehicles onto job sites.
- Frequent positioning of oneself to load and unload materials from flatbeds or booms.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions while making deliveries.
