To design and manage a variety of construction projects from beginning to end, we are looking for an experienced construction project manager. He/she is capable of planning, supervising, and ensuring the timely and effective completion of Construction procedures.

collaborating to develop the project specs with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
creating and negotiating arrangements that will be beneficial with outside vendors and suppliers.
obtaining from the appropriate authorities all necessary permits and licences.

calculating the necessary resources (people, tools, and materials), taking budgetary constraints into consideration.
To ensure timelines are reached, all construction operations must be planned, as well as intermediate phases.
Purchasing tools and supplies, keeping an eye on stock levels, and promptly addressing deficiencies in accordance with project baseline planning.
appointing independent contractors or other employees and assigning duties after management approval.
overseeing the work of mechanics, labourers, and other employees and offering direction as necessary.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s – Civil Engineering?
Mental Demands
- Capable of managing stress effectively, especially when dealing with tight delivery windows requested by customers.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, handling multiple tasks at once while ensuring that the delivery is completed on time.
- Aptitude for receiving and understanding information and directions provided by customers or colleagues.
- Ability to communicate and provide solutions quickly in case of any problems that may arise during the delivery process.
Physical Demand
- Stamina to continuously lift, carry, and move at least 100 lbs. of building materials to and from the job sites.
- Ability to remain standing for at least 90% of the shift duration.
- Constant movement and unloading of building materials from commercial vehicles onto job sites.
- Frequent positioning of oneself to load and unload materials from flatbeds or booms.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions while making deliveries.
Experience:
8 years of project management (Preferred)
Language:English proficiency for professionals (Preferred)
